REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
At NPVS, we take pride in the quality of our garments. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

You raise a request within 3 days of delivery, with clear photographic proof sent to varun@npvs.in.

The item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:

The item has been worn, washed, or altered.

The request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

Minor variations in color or texture occur due to screen settings or lighting.

The product was purchased during final sale or clearance (unless damaged).
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via UPI, using the same UPI ID provided during the transaction.

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
